Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price service contract for this acquisition to procure services to remove and replace identified sections of stiffeners, web frames, equipment foundations, stuffing tubes, deck plating, and CO2 piping, and to perform all required equipment repairs aboard the Dredge McFarland in accordance with all specifications. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Award shall be made to the offeror who is has the lowest price meeting the technical requirements.
