Description
Kira AAR Logistics Services JV LLC,* Falls Church, Virginia, was awarded a not-to-exceed $98,000,000 firm fixed-price undefinitized indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract on 3 March 2025. This contract provides for in-flight training and currency for Naval Aviators in support of E-6B Mercury pilot training. Work will be performed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is expected to be in completed March 2027. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured.
