Notice of Intent to Sole Source: E&E News Access and Subscription Services This is not a solicitation. This notice is to provide the Governments intent to sole source an action for the subject requirement. DOE is proposing to an award for a base period of 12-months and 4 (12-month options). A sole source contract to POLITICO,LLC for support to DOEs Office of Policy (OP) with access and subscripiton services to the following E&E News: E&E Daily, Energywire, Greenwire,and E&E News PM.
