Description
This amendment in the solicitation is issued to notify that the solicitation is hereby cancelled for the convenience of the Government. The reason for the cancellation was because of a change in the scope of work. The U.S. Government intends to re-compete this requirement. The same shall be notified publicly in accordance with FAR 5.101, and you are welcome to participate again.
