Electrical Utility services to the Tensas-Cocodrie Pumping Plant (TCPP)

Authority for use of procedures other than competitive procedures is provided at Title 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(b)(3), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed procurement meets the criteria for exclusion from full and open competition under the authority cited. The proposed acquisition must be accomplished through other than full and open competition because Concordia Electric Cooperative, Inc. is the only vendor capable of satisfying agency requirements.
