Description
This is a non-personal services contract to provide qualified Third-Party Inspectors to oversee the Inspection services for Elevators, Dumbwaiter, Chairlift and Escalators. The contractors will oversee and certify equipment to comply with Annual Safety Inspections. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide qualified inspectors to certify the equipment and shall furnish all field management supervision, tools, training and labor necessary to perform inspection certification of the elevators, chairlifts, dock lifts, dumbwaiters, and escalators identified
