Description

Elizabeth Dole Act Sec106 - Pilot Program Support. This sole source award is made pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127, which authorizes the Department of Veterans Affairs to award sole-source contracts to verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned [or Veteran-Owned] Small Businesses. Per FAR 6.302-5(e), no J&A is required for contracts awarded under this statutory authority (except 8(a) sole source awards over $25 million, which is not applicable here).
