Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has awarded an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract for the Procurement of ESIS GH-4001 used on the MH-60T aircraft. This requirement was not competed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" and the redacted Justification For Other Than Full And Open Competition posted with the Related Notice. Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) delivery orders shall be issued off of the base contract as items are required.
