Description
The equipment being requested is complementary and compatible to the existing equipment at USARIEM. The System currently maintained at USARIEM is the Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) II System which includes the Firearms Training System (FATS) (FATS 100LE) Software. The EST II System is a military training system that simulates live fire weapon training events to support both individual and crew-served weapons qualification. The FATS 100LE is utilized by the EST II System and allows for both marksmanship and judgmental scenarios, providing analytic data for skill improvement and practice with de-escalation techniques. This system is utilized by both the military and law enforcement for weapons skill training.
