Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation (N00024-26-R-2420), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 15, for West Coast Fitting Out Availability (FOA) and Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) Execution. FOA/PSA encompasses all of the manpower, support services, material, non-standard equipment, and associated technical data and documentation required to prepare for and accomplish the LPD 30 and 31 FOAs/PSAs. The work to be performed will include correction of Government-responsible deficiencies, incorporation of approved engineering changes that were not incorporated during the new construction periods, and new work identified between ship delivery and the start of FOA/PSA.
