NOTICE TO INDUSTRY SOLE SOURCE: This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for contract actions. This is a notice of a sole source contract award and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(5), FAR 6.302-5 - Authorized or Required by Statute. The MICC-Fort Jackson, South Carolina awarded a Sole Source Contract to South Carolina Commission for the Blind (SLA), SAM Unique Entity ID: JYLLL2YTFQ33, 1430 Confederate Avenue, Columbia, South Carolina 29201-1914.
