FRA-RDT-RTC Service Analyzer Calibrations

The equipment is Motorola and according to RDY, Motorola is the only vendor that can calibrate this equipment and ensure safe and correct operation. The requirement is to provide Routine calibration, alignment and testing services (yearly) for mission-critical equipment utilized for global repair and assessment of Life-safety testing equipment used by technicians. RDT requirements that Motorola Solutions specificities provides that meet the responsibilities: 1. Provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number 2. Calibrate to OEM specifications 3. Return service monitor within 6 weeks after receiving them 4. Present ICC for customer approval and signature. 5. Provide 90-day repair warranty.
