Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Northeastern Market Contracting Division (NM-CD) Subj: Source Sought Announcement This is a sources sought/synopsis announcement issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) National Capital Region (NCR) as part of its market research, on behalf of the Joint Pathology Center, 606 Stephen Sitter Ave. Silver Spring, MD 20910-1290. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, for commercial items / services for the procurement of facility operation and maintenance with cGMP standards for storage and inventory of BRAC collection and freezer management/monitoring of (15) JPC freezers with 24/7 monitoring of facility environment (temperature, humidity, pest control and flooding) and security/maintenance and detailed inventory with manifests
