Description
This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) to authorize other than full and open competition for an increase to the maximum Not-To-Exceed (NTE) capacity of the Patuxent River Naval Air Station Facilities Support Services (PAX FSS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, Contract No. N4008021D0006, awarded to Diversified Service Contracting. This modification will increase the contract's maximum NTE capacity. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C.
