Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-26-R-4405 for the execution of the USS ST LOUIS (LCS 19) and USS DONALD COOK (DDG 75), planned for fiscal year 2027 (FY27) Docking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRA) on a Coast-Wide (East Coast) basis. Upon a contractors completion of these Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Availabilities, each ship shall be capable of carrying out its respective mission with a reasonable expectation of maintaining a satisfactory condition of readiness until the next CNO-scheduled depot Availability.
