Contract was awarded on a sole source basis with GBI Cincinnati Inccorporated. GBI Cincinnati is only licensed provider of Unisign machines and products in the area. Unisign is the only company that can diagnose and repair the current gantry mill because they are the original manufacturer and there are potential warranty claims as a result of the diagnosis. As such, GBI Cincinnati is the only known entity capable of providing these services.
