The project involves the removal of existing parking barriers and the installation of large boulders to serve as natural barriers in the campgrounds. The work will take place in a designated area within the forest service recreation location. The objective of this project is to maintain the safety and functionality of the campgrounds by performing necessary maintenance on rock/earth barriers, by removing outdated barriers and replacing them. This shall consist of removing and disposing of existing concrete and log barricades and collecting, hauling, and placing barrier rocks. They shall be placed and installed in conformity with the details as shown on the drawings at the locations showing in the plans. The Governments estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
