Description
The purpose of this modification is to extend the current bridge contract by two months (1-month base period plus 1-month optional period) through August 31, 2025, which will increase the estimated bridge ceiling value. This extension will allow for completion of ongoing protest-related corrective action, documentation and execution of the follow-on award, and a necessary transition period between contracts (which includes onboarding). The increase to the estimated amount of the bridge will ensure existing Governance, Customer Forum, and Portfolio Management services continue until follow-on award and contract transition period is complete.
