Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD awarded a $1,157,622.00 Firm Fixed Price (FFP) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to Teledyne FLIR Defense, Inc. of 3495 Kent Avenue, West Lafayette, IN 47906. This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $1,157,622.00. This was a sole source procurement to Teledyne FLIR Defense, Inc. based on the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Sources or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Teledyne FLIR Defense, Inc. is the only vendor who can perform this requirement without substantial delay or duplication of costs to the Government.
