THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), has a requirement to replace HVAC for phases 2B, 3A, and 3B at Stuttgart, AR. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for HVAC replacement.
