Title of Procurement Acquisition of Elta Radar Circuit Card Assemblies (Windows 11) to replace existing obsolete Circuit Cards for the Integrated Fixed Tower (IFT) system in support of Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Nature of Procurement Action Procurement of Radar Circuit Card Assemblies for the Elta Radar as currently deployed on the Integrated Tower (IFT) system. Many of the radars are currently running with a Microsoft Windows 7 (or older) capable circuit card that is no longer supported by Microsoft and has become obsolete. Therefore, newer Windows 11 versions are needed for replacement. This is a new requirement in support of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Integrated Fixed Tower (IFT) system.
