The Los Angeles District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease one or more suites with a total of 2,400 net/usable to a maximum of 3,400 gross/rentable square feet (gross square feet to include any common area factor), of existing Class A or B retail space, in the city of Phoenix, Arizona, and within the defined Delineated Area (DA) boundaries below: City of Phoenix Area Codes: 85003, 85004, 85006, 85007, 85012,85013, 85014, 85015, 85017 and 85019 The Governments desire is for a full-service lease of Retail space for an Armed Forces Career Center for a term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights.
