Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Commercial Items Multiple Award Serice Contract (MASC) for Multifunction Services at Various Government Installations

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest issued a firm fixed price blanket task order under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A), for the required supplies and services that is so urgent that providing a Fair Opportunity procedures would result in unacceptable delays. Award was made to KGJJ Engineering Solutions, LLC. Period of performance is for 192 days. As indicated in the attached approved Justification for an exception to Fair Opportunity, the Government has identified that KGJJ is capable of performing the urgent and emergency work within the required time. The contractor is familiar, is currently onsite performing serivce work in and around the San Diego metro area.
