Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. No responses are requested by this notice. The Government plans to issue a solicitation in January 2026. The Government will launch the solicitation in SAM.gov when it is available. The scope of this project entails to replace existing doors with certified fire-rated doors at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR), including installation of fire-resistant hardware, panic bars, door closers, masonry finishes, and compliance with both U.S. and Spanish/European codes. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract.
