Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. No responses are requested by this notice. The Government plans to issue a solicitation in January 2025. The Government will launch the solicitation in SAM.gov when it is available. The scope of this project entails to install fireproofing insulation to specified areas of the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR), in compliance with both U.S. and Spanish/European codes. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract.
