Description
This is a requirement for solid waste disposal and recycling revices. Due to our geographical location, there i only one company within a 50 mile radius, that can provide the services to the Lower Florida Keys. As authorized, by FAR 6.302-1 "Only one responsiible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement" and approved by J&A N69450250488 procurement was procured as a sole source.
