Intent to Extend National Type 2 Firefighter Crew Blanket Purchase Agreement

The USDA Forest Service intends to extend the period of performance of the Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) established against solicitation number 1202SC21Q0001. The intent of this extension is to align the timelines for both Type 2 IA and Type 2 Contract Crew programs. These BPAs were established for a period of 5 years from original date of establishment (May 2021 through May 2026) and with a maximum of May 2026 for those established after the original May 2021 date. All current and future BPAs will have an effective period now through May 2027 after the annual review is completed in 2026.
