Description
The Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has a requirement to retrofit an electrofishing boat. Midwest Lake Management, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the Infinity Control Box and MLES certified electrofishing boats, so they are the only company that can complete the desired electrofishing boat. The Infinity Control Box system is proprietary so utilizing a different manufacturer will cause compatibility issues with existing equipment systems. Therefore, the CO intends to award directly to Midwest Lake Management, Inc. for these services.
