Page 2 of 2 In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the VHA s Network Contracting Office 23 awarded a proposed contract action exceeding $25,000.00 for the VA Fargo Health Care System to have a Chiller maintenance and service contract. Only one (1) responsible source IAW procedures prescribed in FAR 8.405-6. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 238220. For additional information regarding this action please contact the above point of contact. Additionally, IAW FAR 6.305 the justification for this award has been attached to this notice.
