Notice of Requirements: Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of the date of this pre-solicitation notice. The requirement is to provide janitorial services for the Embassy of the United States of America in Rabat, Morocco. The anticipated period of performance includes a twelve-month (12) base period and four (4), one-year options at the Governments sole discretion. No subcontracting and/or co-venturing shall be allowed for any portion of the janitorial services described herein. Only firms demonstrating full legal standing within the Kingdom of Morocco, and possessing the required professional capabilities, will be considered for participation in the forthcoming solicitation.
