*THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS* SPECIAL NOTICE: The FY25 NDAA provided separate authority to sole source specific Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects where the utility system has been conveyed under 10 USC Section 2688 and only provides services to a military installation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting a proposal for the construction of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Gray Army Airfield Power Generation and Microgrid Construction.
