Description
Sole Source to privatized utility - Pursuant to Section(s) 2402(c), 2408, and 2409 of Fiscal Year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), Public Law 118-31, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, intends to contract on a sole source basis with the conveyee of the utility system to carry out this military construction project for infrastructure improvements. The Class D&F for Sole Source Negotiations with Certain Utility Providers under the Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) is approved in the contract file.
