DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Justification and Approval (J&A) For Other Than Full and Open Competition Acquisition Plan Action ID: 36C776-25-AP-0513 Contract: 36C77623D0002 Contracting Activity: Department of Veterans Affairs, Procurement Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), on behalf of the Veteran Integrated Services Networks (VISNs) 9, 10, 15, 16, and 23. Nature and/or Description of the Action Being Processed: The Central Region (VISNs 9, 10, 15, 16, and 23) has an existing contract (36C77623D0002) for custom sterile procedure packs to support VA Medical Centers (VAMC) throughout the central region.
