Description
The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL issued a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Petroleum Analyzer Company LP for Lab Equipment Preventative Maintenance. Petroleum Analyzer Company LP has been indentified as the only source that can provide this requirement for NAVSUP FLCJ Fuels Department. Petroleum Analyzer Company is the only source that can provide PAC certified technicians that can service the equipment in the requirement. This proposed action is a Firm Fixed Price contract. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
