Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a competitive solicitation (N00024-26-R-2419), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 15, for the Fitting Out Availability (FOA) and Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) execution for BOUGAINVILLE (LHA 8), homeported in Norfolk, VA. This contract encompasses all of the manpower, support services, material, non-standard equipment, and associated technical data and documentation required to prepare for and accomplish the LHA 8 FOA and PSA.
