The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton office, Groton, CT intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Taylor and Francis for Library Web Database Services. This purchase will be procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 25 August 2025. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotations.
