Description
A letter contract was non-competitively awarded with a hybrid of firm-fixed price and cost-plus fixed-fee line items. The primary effort performed on this contract is the recapitalization of the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) into the M270A2 configuration. The launchers delivered by the contractor will be in a like new condition with improved capabilities.
