The ERDC needs a total of QTY: 6 masonry target walls constructed at the Big Black Test Site with options for additional walls exercised throughout the next three years. 1.0 The contractor will construct: QTY: 3 - 8 thick lightly reinforced CMU wall sections inside steel wall frames.
