Description
Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(A)) and the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)/Small Business Administration (SBA) Memorandum of Understanding for streamlined 8(a) contracting, and in accordance with FAR 19.8, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) offers the requirement to the Small Business Administration: Status Approved. Based on technical discussions with Bowhead and knowledge of their companys capabilities, the Government technical team has determined that Bowhead is capable of meeting the Governments requirements for this contract.
