Description
CMS is transforming Medicare's claims processing system to meet evolving needs while improving flexibility, efficiency, and sustainability. By balancing modernization efforts with maintenance of current systems, CMS is developing adaptable solutions that will support future business requirements. The Product Strategy BPA Call provides the following services: Strategic recommendations to the Product Steering Committee and leadership in OIT/AMG regarding the MPSM product suite Collaborates with CMS Product Managers to develop Epics and identify Leading Indicators for Minimum Viable Products. Identifies potential dependencies, risks and blockers and assist with mitigation strategies. Supports prioritization of the Program Backlog. Develops and maintains the Product Roadmap with AMG leadership
