Focal point mission planning and execution system responsible for zero fail operations supporting two of the United States top priority missions, Presidential Support Missions (1A1 Priority) and Global Command and Control Missions (1A3 Priority). System planning and execution supports the dispatch of four E-4B USAF aircraft and missions with a 24/7 posture. Dispatch function must be able to flight follow all global missions ensuring accuracy of routing, threat avoidance, logistics support, coordination of diplomatic overflight, air traffic control, and support in emergency actions. Simultaneously, the dispatch function will be able to maintain sufficient personnel during execution to mission plan future mission requirements.
