46TS was looking to design, then build, a 53-foot mobile Instrumentation/Command & Control Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) to house equipment and personnel for the conduct of ground and flight test missions in support of Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation (ACMI) development programs under solicitation FA2486-24-R-B004.
