Description
This action was conducted using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial services in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This is a T&M type contract where Price was used as the most important factor used to evaluate offers. The Government evaluated FOR AWARD PURPOSES by adding the price(s) for all Contract Line Items (CLINs), including the Labor line item from Attachment 1 for a total price. Unbalanced or unrealistic pricing (i.e., buying in or frontloading) was not considered for award. Please note the evaluated price differs from the award price due to the fact this is a T&M type contract and the dollars allocated at award is an estimate.
