The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton office, Groton, CT intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Moor Instruments for the moorVMS-LDF laser Doppler monitor. This purchase will be procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
