N-FIRE RATED COUNTER DOORS

PROJECT TITLE: INSTALLATION OF NEW COUNTER ROLLING DOORS Description of Work - Demolition and installation of four new fire rated rolling counter doors that are compliance with NFPA 80 and listed in the UL Directory. Contractor will be responsible for visiting the site to verify the size. Work includes removing and disposal, preparing the openings, application of fire-retardant clear coating to existing exposed wood framing on interior walls, installing the door assemblies, installation of new rigid EMT conduit, j-boxes, and electrical wire from electrical room, breakers as required to ensure proper operation and fire ratings, and completing necessary inspections and testing, all in accordance with manufacturer instructions and NFPA 80.
