This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Consolidated Mail-Out Phamacy (CMOP) located in Hines, IL is proposing a firm fixed price contract with Quality Manufacturing Systems, Inc (QMSI) on a sole source basis to relocate and return to operational capacity the Semi Auto Packing system. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a).
