Requirement Information: Naval Weapons Station Earle in Colts Neck, NJ solicits a Firm Fixed Price Base + Four (4) Option Year IDIQ for miscellaneous paving, concrete and project related minor construction work. Under this requirement the successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, prepare and coordinate relevant documentation, establish and maintain coordination between all parties, provide project management services, supervision and technical expertise to perform various requirements to include work related to: Pavement installation & maintenance that involves aggregate base course, asphalt base course & asphalt wearing course Concrete rehabilitation & maintenance Installation & maintenance of traffic control devices; including but not limited to
