Description

This procurement will provide a new gyrocompass system for NOAA Ship Nancy Foster, including associated parts and integration services. The gyrocompass must be fully compatible with the vessels proprietary Dynamic Positioning (DP) System, which is designed, maintained, and integrated by Beier Radio, LLC. Due to the proprietary nature of the DP system, Beier Radio, LLC is the only known source capable of performing the integration without compromising system functionality, safety, or warranty conditions.
