NASA/GSFC has a requirement for one (1) lot of Mecury Cadmium Telluride (HgCdTe) electron Avalanche Photodiode (e-APD) Sensor Chip Assemblies (SCA) for the NASA GSFC Airborne CO2 and Methane Lidar. NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from DRS Network & Imaging as the sensor chips will be used as spares for the Airborne CO2 and Methane Lidar and must be fully compatible with the existing cry-coolers housing and the support electronics which were custom built for NASA/GSFC. The Government intends to aquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
