Description
Update 9/15/2025 - IAW FAR 6.305 (a), please find attached is the Justification & Approval for this award. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Notice of Award - 9/3/2025 National Retardant for supply of fully qualified aerial long-term fire retardant and ancillary services at the designated airtanker bases for ongoing use in wildland firefighting efforts. The contract action was not awarded competitively IAW FAR 6.302-1 and was Firm-fixed price.
